Thank you for considering Lisa Sly Photography to capture a moment of this special year. Because my training was grounded in nature photography, I love to shoot outdoors at one of my select spots or one of your favorite locations. I tend toward the informal and love to capture the essence of a senior's personality. We're all about "natural"!! You will find pricing information and some tips below but don't hesitate to contact me with questions.

As a certified nature photographer, my "studio" of choice is outdoors. I have a selection of preferred sites that I
know well and have great confidence in. However, I am always open to exploring a new location if there is a site that is meaningful for your senior! The primary consideration is always that we gather at a location where your child is happy and comfortable. Parks and lakes make great locations but don't overlook your backyard! Nature is great but structures (like bridges, steps, fountains, swing sets, etc.) are also useful, especially if Mother Nature hasn't brought forth flowers or fall colors in time for our session. I tend to shoot close up so the focus is on the subject's face; the environment is icing on the cake.
Note: If a chosen location requires a permit for professional photography, permit fee will be added to session fee.
This is where an individual's personality has a chance to shine! Favorite outfits, football jerseys, college sweatshirts have all made their way into our senior portraits. Muted colors are generally better than brights or whites; solids are better than prints. No logos other than a team or college jersey/shirt. But, honestly, it's about the senior being comfortable, happy and, most of all, themselves. I am always happy to take a look at what they're thinking of wearing if you'd like to send a picture before the session.
